Shipping Methods and Costs

Processing times can vary between 3-7 days.  If you have requested a custom art piece, please allow 10-14 days for processing.  Standard shipping costs are $6.99.  Free shipping for orders starting at $250.00 before taxes and fees.  Shipping costs for expedited orders are $21.50.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact me within 14 days of delivery.  Item(s) must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery in it's original packaging.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  Custom art pieces  can be returned for credit only (unless delivered damaged) or exchanged for equal or lesser value.

Order Damages

If your order was damaged in shipping, you must send me an e-mail with a description of the damages to include photos of the item(s) and shipping boxes. Keep the damaged box and item(s) so that a claim can be filed with the shipping company.
